MyMeno.AI ("we", "our") helps you track menopause symptoms and get practical, evidence-linked guidance. Your health data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account information — your email and name when you create an account or join the waitlist.
• Health information you choose to enter — symptom check-ins (typed or spoken), your menopause stage, sleep, stress, and the HRT, medications, and supplements you track. We only receive what you enter.
• Voice notes — if you use voice logging, your recording is sent to our server for transcription and is not stored after transcription completes.
• Usage information — anonymous, cookie-free analytics on our website and app (pages viewed, buttons tapped, session length). IP addresses are irreversibly hashed; we cannot identify you from them.
• Feedback — ratings and comments you submit about the app.

How your data is used

• To turn your check-ins into structured symptom data and personalized daily plans. This processing uses Google's Gemini AI service; entries are sent for processing and are not used by us to train AI models.
• To show you your own history, trends, and doctor-visit reports.
• To improve the product using aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your health information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never use third-party ad trackers or tracking cookies on our site or app.

Where your data lives

Account and health data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Website analytics and signups are stored on our own servers.

Your rights & controls

• Export — download everything we hold about you from the app (Profile → Export My Data).
• Delete — permanently erase your account and all data from the app (Profile → Delete Account & All Data). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights — contact us and we'll honor them.

MyMeno.AI provides wellness information to discuss with your clinician. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care.

Children

MyMeno.AI is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
